Overnight Oats with Almond Milk


Healthy body, healthy mind! When I'm not active I am eating and as I eat a fair bit I thought I should share some ideas for quick and easy eats. With this in mind try these overnight oats for a quick, filling and healthy breakfast.

50g Oats

100ml Almond Milk

2 x Tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt

Cinnamon to taste

Flaked Almonds

Raisins

Chopped Hazelnuts

Pumpkin Seeds

Don't stress about the quantities of the nuts and fruit. Throw in what you like; it's all good stuff. I use a small plastic container from Morrison's, throw it all in, mix it and put it in the fridge before bed. I don't even measure the quantities now and it takes about 2 minutes to make.
